Before we met Eric, we knew we are ready to make the move from our townhome to our long-awaited dream home.

My husband and I had full schedules and could only look at open houses on the weekends. We knew there are a lot of home buyers that we are competing with but not a lot of houses available in the area we were interested in. And so we thought it is going to take months to find a house that we liked.

Before I met Eric, I knew I needed to get my own house. I've been renting for more than 5 years and I figured that now is a good time to have my own place.
